ORDERING BY U.S. MAIL: If you don't want to order online, you can print out an order form and mail or fax it in. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the order form. If your computer doesn't already have it, it's a free download.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING BY EMAIL. Although it's hard for us to imagine anyone wth the time or motivation to try to pick orders out of all the datastreams on the Internet, ordering by email is just not guaranteed to be secure. Please use one of the above ordering methods instead.

PLEASE DOUBLE- AND TRIPLE-CHECK THE BIRTH DATA YOU SEND US!
Please be certain of the accuracy of the birth data you provide us! If you've made a mistake and need the chart re-done, you'll be charged the full price for the corrected order, unless the birth data error was ours and not yours.

Also please do not adjust the birthtime for daylight or war time if you think it was in effect. We have sophisticated astrological atlases that will do any such adjustment for you, so please just give us the birth time exactly as it was stated on the birth certificate or birth record, or exactly as it was given to you by your parents, without your adjusting it in any way.

Please note that for all orders, whether they come in through our secure order form, phone, fax, mail or email, and even if you've ordered for that person before, we MUST have complete birth data (month, day, year, exact time and place of birth--place means city and state or country). If you don't know the time, we'll run the chart for noon. Please give the time frame and beginning date for reports. Please give the beginning and ending dates and hours, and days of the week, for electionals. Please state house system if other than Placidus. For composite charts, please state where (city and state or country) the couple met.

For all credit card orders, we must have a card number, expiration date, phone number, billing address and shipping address, every time you order, whether you've ordered before or not. Credit card companies and banks require that we collect this data. Thanks for helping us out.

It is illegal for us to require a minimum credit card order from you. However, we request, not require, that you use your Visa or MasterCard or Discover or American Express only for orders of $10.00 or more. Why? Because our bank charges us a fee for the privilege and convenience of accepting credit cards, and the lower our average credit card sale is, the higher that bank fee is. Given that fee and other associated expenses, we basically lose money on credit card orders of under $10.00. Therefore, we would really appreciate it if you would honor our request and use your credit cards for orders of $10.00 or more. Thank you!

We can email answers to horaries, electionals and the results of rectifications. We can briefly email answers to most questions about our services that are not covered on this website.

Except for taped personalized interpretations, or some lectures on tape or CD that we may need to duplicate before sending, if we are in town when the order arrives, we ship within five business days.
